West Center City Community Development Corporation (WCC CDC) is a non-profit corporation located in the heart of the community. The mission of WCC CDC is to build a solid community through collaborative efforts and partnerships that provide programs and services that address the intergenerational needs of the community.
WCC Community Development Corporation began serving the heart of the Wilmington community in 2008 under the vision and leadership of Rick Williams, founder of Williams & Dollard CDC. Rick envisioned building senior and affordable housing, providing food, healthcare and educational services for the community of Wilmington & beyond.
This vision has grown under the leadership of Rick, WCC CDC has developed four components to bring the vision to pass, and now serves residents of New Castle County. The four components consists of human services, educational services, youth services, and community development. Ed Bispham, serves as the Director of Development of the WCC CDC board - charged to bring these services to life.
